List of Free Developer Resources (XaaS)

If you read my blog you know that I use cloudlfare, logz.io, grafana cloud and Jumpcloud. They are great and the best, free for developers and small teams. But there are also other great services which offer free tiers/plans, so I started with papanito / free-dev-resources.
